Welcome to Service-Connected. This website provides Armed Services members around the world the ability to stay connected.

To start using the site, you will need to register:

Once registered, you will be able to log into your account where you can:
• Manage your profile
• Add / delete photos in your profile
• Edit your top friends and manage your list of friends
• View groups or create a group of your own
• View bulletins from friends or post one yourself
• Check your messages from friends
• Visit the forum to discuss various topics
• Manage your account and privacy settings

Members have a profile page for friends to view. Profile pages look like:

Members can add photos to their profiles and manage the main profile image.

You can add friends to your profile by searching for a person by name, or your can browse the list of profiles. The search or browse result list will provide you with the opportunity to contact a Service-Connected member. You can request to add that person as a friend, see the friends of that member, send the member a message, give the member a greeting (Hooah!, Oorah! or Hooyah!) or if necessary you can report the user.

The 'Group' feature allows members to get together online to share common interests or views. View the list of groups or search for a particular group. Once you have found a group you like, join it or contact the group creator to get more information about the group. You can even create your own group. Groups can be open to all, require approval to join or can be private (invite only). Group members can view and post photos, leave comments or post announcements.



Members can post bulletins for their friends to see.

Members can send messages to one another, whether they are friends or not. This is a great way to introduce yourself to others and make new friends.

Members can invite their friends to become Service-Connected.

The forum is used to discuss various topics, either by specific groups or general topics.

Members have the ability to set privacy and account settings to make their profile as private or as open to other members as they like.

Members can also manage their personal information, enter a specific e-mail address to receive notifications, manage their password, add a security question, set notification preferences, deactivate an account or change their last name if necessary.
